Analyze business and financial results to support the Strategic Sourcing organization. Present findings and recommendations to Sourcing management to solve problems and issues related to sourcing opportunities. Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis and reports.
Position Responsibilities
Analyze and identify trends that impact the FEG team through Commodities, inventory, and savings and inflations data.
Aid in the development and management of tools supporting business information & performance
Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports include Long Range Plan and Annual Plan sourcing activities, Project Tracker and variability to Plan, Diversity Reporting, and other ad-hoc reports
Work to collect Stainless steel forecast and variance to purchase history and trends.
Develop tools in Power BI, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Team.
Involved in analyzing Quote information and provide results and findings to Management Team
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Finance, or Analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.
Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.
Position located at ITW Corporate, Glenview IL
Travel is minimum, 0% - 20%.
