JOB PURPOSE:
The PSE (Prioritized Service Events) product team is hiring! Will you embrace that challenge?
The PSE Product Team's mission is to deliver qualitative sales and marketing leads through our digital application to our internal customers: Segments (CI/RI/E&T) and Dealers in order to drive services revenue through our digital product.
JOB DUTIES:
The Digital Project Manager's main mission is to drive internal and external adoption of PSEs and PSE Products by championing PSEs across all verticals and all regions. The individual will also lead specific projects aimed at further improving the PSE brand and PSE communications in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
The Digital Project Manager will work directly with the PSE Product management and PSE Development teams to help define key project timelines, required content, and communications and to ensure milestones hit and are communicated to our partners.
Lead projects to improve the quality of the PSE content library and PSE communications to expand our reach to new audiences across the enterprise and within our dealer network.
Manage our content strategy across Caterpillar systems including Cat Dealer.com, SharePoint, and Salesforce to ensure materials are comprehensive and up to date.
Will support various projects and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through development, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages of various projects
Develop and produce project communication schedules.
Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates and communication plans.
Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Law, or other plus at least 5 years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills
Project management experience
Track record of getting things done and fast learner
Top Candidates will also have:
MBA is a plus
Aftermarket Services knowledge and/or dealer facing experience
Strong Presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences
Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to deal with analytical environment and multiple stakeholders
Passion for digital transformation
Preferred location is either Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX, but will allow for fully remote work for the right candidate in the United States with travel expectations of about 5-10% of the time.
