Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Commanding Officer's staff of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR. Responsibilities You will submit written reports of conclusions, finding and recommendations to commanding offers. You will conduct comprehensive reviews, evaluations, and studies of command operations to assess mission effectiveness, regulatory compliance, adequacy of internal controls, ethical conducts, and effective and efficient use of resources. You will develop annual program plans and schedules. You will serve as the command liaison with external audit agencies. You will coordinate entrance and exit conference with key staffing and ensure command preparations for audit inspection are completed. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent Program Analyst experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to perform hotline investigations and reviews of administrate and operations programs to assess compliance with laws, regulations and policies. I have experience submitting written reports of conclusions, finding and recommendations to commanding offers. I also have experience developing annual program plans and schedules. Examples of specialized experience must include: 1) Conducting comprehensive reviews, evaluations, studies and analyses of command operations to assess mission effectiveness, regulatory compliance, adequacy of internal controls, ethical conducts, proper stewardship and effective and efficient use of resources; 2) Serving as the command liaison with external audit agencies; 3) Coordinating entrance and exit conference with key staffing and ensures command preparations for audit inspection are completed.
