Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Commanding Officer's staff of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR. Responsibilities You will submit written reports of conclusions, finding and recommendations to commanding offers. You will conduct comprehensive reviews, evaluations, and studies of command operations to assess mission effectiveness, regulatory compliance, adequacy of internal controls, ethical conducts, and effective and efficient use of resources. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent Program Analyst experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to perform hotline investigations and reviews of administrate and operations programs to assess compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
