The Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes our digital world to deliver Omnichannel experiences that accelerates and strengthens our end user engagements and conversions, our customer and end users' brand loyalty, improves customer retention, and increases sales. Works with the Marketing team and other key stakeholders in the organization in the support of our end users and consumers, and acts as the in-house expert on social, digital and email and ecomm activation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Works both tactically and strategically with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and other key stakeholders in the organization to grow our end user demand and e-commerce presence for our products.
In collaboration with Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will help to strategize and lead execution for all digital campaigns through all of our channels, including customer and Jobber networks and programs, marketplace platforms (i.e. Amazon), all social media channels, industry media partners, influencers, YouTube, Google, etc.
Maintain content and call-to-actions on our websites including landing pages, SEO, and other static content for our three websites to accelerate and grow '80 customers and end user traffic and conversion/path to purchase.
In coordination with Marketing Manager, establish and track key metrics to track campaign results, ROI and use insights to continuously improve.
Strategize and execute video and photography production for product application, lifestyle imagery, etc.
Lead email campaign and contact database management.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, landing page, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience with content management platforms such as HubSpot.
Solid knowledge of website and campaign analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot)
Experience and/or aptitude for video and photography production and editing.
Attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google advertising campaigns
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
General automotive / mechanical knowledge a plus
Education and Experience:
BS degree in marketing or related field required
3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing
