We are looking for a talented US Navy Training Program Analyst for a key initiative for the Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) program. This individual will provide significant support to the program managers and team members at Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) located in Virginia Beach, VA.
Responsibilities
Support the analysis of U.S. Navy enlisted rating training paths and learning objectives to determine gaps in training requirements, specific to the EOD community.
Conduct detailed reviews of Rating Domain Analysis (RDA) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) to ensure consistency and clarity in meeting Ready Relevant Learning strategic objectives.
Conduct analysis of TYCOM training requirements to provide recommendations on requirements for individual training courses.
Coordinate and conduct reviews of new and modified Naval Training Systems Plans; provide TYCOM with recommendations on changes to Individual Training Requirements.
Attend stakeholder working groups with rating Subject Matter Experts to consolidate and verify training content inputs.
Conduct analysis on the impacts to Fleet and Type Commander readiness based on changes in individual training and modernized training execution.
Coordinate scheduling and work across TYCOMs and other stakeholders to ensure products are delivered in a timely fashion to meet overall program schedules.
Develop and implement monthly tracking and reporting for execution of program resources.
Develop briefing material to support communication with senior leadership; ensure uniformity of format, content, and appropriateness.
Education/Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's degree.
Years of experience - In addition to the education requirements above, the Program Analyst must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks. Concurrently, the Program Analyst will have two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes. Experience with the EOD community is highly desired.
Education Equivalency - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis. Concurrent with the required minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks, two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.
Preferred qualifications: Experience within U.S. Navy surface warfare community, Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification, experience at a U.S. Navy learning center. Experience working with or supporting NECC.
