Position Summary:

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and driving the analysis, and procurement on corporate initiatives to support the execution of our day-to-day operational needs. Scope:
Using ITW 80/20 business philosophies and toolbox methodologies, the focus of this position is to purchase materials, supplies, and services that will provide tactical and strategic benefit to the Ovens and Range business units. Will assist with and help coordinate procurement efforts across multiple disciplines of the organization. Responsible for negotiating optimum arrangements for pricing, delivery, and total cost of ownership.
Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding business sourcing needs for 2 high-volume, low-complexity MRD product lines; and identifying and evaluating the best suppliers that meet business standards.
Responsible for researching and evaluating suppliers that meet business needs. Selects suppliers who are aligned with business standards of cost, quality, timing, and reliability.
Perform detailed analysis on corporate sourcing initiatives, bids, proposals, and quotes, and provide data to management.
Requirements :
Requires Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Full understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Strong data analysis skills, and most have Microsoft Power BI application experience.
Knowledge of durable goods manufacturing materials and commodities.
