Brooks Instrument is an industry leader in flow measurement and flow control products for critical applications, and a division of ITW (A Fortune 200 Company) is seeking candidates for a Parts Finisher. This position will be located at our Trevose, Pennsylvania facility. The Company maintains sales offices throughout the world including their headquarters location at Hatfield, PA (Suburban Philadelphia). Our products are used in laboratory and process applications in end markets such as :life sciences, chemicals, semiconductor, analytical instruments, nuclear, and solar cells.
Basic Function
Inspect, debur, and clean acrylic parts. Operate polishing equipment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform finishing operations which include visual inspection and cleaning parts.
Finisher will be trained on requirements to process parts and various materials. Training will include operating flame polish equipment and polishing/buffing parts.
Ensure quality standards are met to customer expectations and internal guidelines.
Regular attendance.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow all safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned, including working in other departments when needed.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Tools & Equipment
Familiarity with the following tools and machines a plus but not required: industrial ovens, buffing wheels, ultrasonic clean line, air tools/hose, and hand tools
