The Mission

The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Journeyman Training Administrator to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our Instructional System Design (ISD) team. This position provides comprehensive training support, including editing training materials, managing certification processes, and ensuring compliance within the security framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in training administration, excellent editing skills, and a strong understanding of the IC community security requirements.
The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Training Services:
Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs for government clients.
Maintain and update training records, including attendance, completion status, and certifications.
Assist in creating and disseminating training materials, including manuals, handouts, and online resources.
Provide logistical support for training sessions, including arranging venues, equipment, and materials.
Maintain training calendars and communicate training schedules to relevant parties.
Respond to inquiries regarding training programs and certification processes.
Editing Services:
Review and edit training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with government standards and the ODNI style guide.
Collaborate with ISDs and subject matter experts to develop and refine training content.
Ensure all training documentation is professionally presented and free of errors.
Compliance and Reporting Services:
Ensure training programs comply with government regulations and contractual requirements.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to clients.
Stay informed about changes in government training and certification requirements.
General Administrative Duties:
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the ISD Team.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in training administration, preferably in a government contracting environment.
Requires proven editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
