Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Assures the confidentiality and integrity of all aspects of the credentialing program and process including communication of information regarding participating providers to Medical Directors, Credentials Committee and other internal departments, as well as database management, provider relations and contracting. - May be utilized within the Credentialing Database Operations unit or the Credentialing Policy Committee unit to support the company's entire credentialing process.
How you will make an impact:
Processes credentialing and re-credentialing files in accordance with Company and departmental policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and accrediting organization standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma/GED. - 1 year of credentialing experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- CAQH experience preferred. - 1-3 years of credentialing experience. - Facility credentialing. - Medicare/Medicare experience. - Bilingual.
