Join our dynamic team as one of the vanguards of innovation in the role of Enterprise Architect over Data Analytics & Emerging Technology. We're searching for a visionary leader who will help spearhead strategic thought leadership, set architectural standards and patterns, and drive collaboration across our organization. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities this position contains:
Develop and communicate a clear data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
Establish and maintain architectural standards and best practices for Data Analytics, AI, and Generative AI.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure data architecture and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with business units to understand their data and analytics needs and provide strategic guidance.
Drive the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance business operations and innovation.
Identify emerging trends and technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Help lead proof of concepts with selected emerging trends and technologies with report outs to senior leaders.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across different teams and departments in the space of Analytics.
Establish and lead an analytics forum across the organization for technology leaders and developers with the goal of communicating updates and gathering input from the forum to help further shape the strategy and operational processes.
Assist in the evaluation, recommendation and selection of appropriate tools, platforms, and vendors for data and AI initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation of architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines.
Measure and report (through goals and KPIs) on the effectiveness of data and analytics solutions, identifying areas for improvement.

Software Product Design/Architecture: Knowledge of software product design; ability to convert market requirements into the software product design.

Plays a leading role in the development of technical standards and platforms.
Elaborates on the evolution of technical design tools, techniques and strategies.
-Demonstrates extensive experience with software design, development and deployment.
Compares and contrasts software design and architecture of competitive products.
Directs company-wide application software architecture design methods, tools, and practices.
Remains current with evolving product design and development tools, techniques and materials.
Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
Level Expert:
Consults to others on alternative approaches and tools for business assessments and selection processes.
Leads in more complex business assessment reviews and walkthroughs for high-impact projects.
Develops best practices for identifying and validating opportunities, risks and benefits analysis.
Advises others on various methods, tools and practices for business assessment.
Monitors industry and enterprise effectiveness and experiences; initiates improvements.
Selects and standardizes business assessment tools and techniques across multiple methodologies.
Additional Information:
The desired location for this position will be in one of our technology hubs in Nashville, TN, Dallas, TX or Peoria, IL.
