Leidos is searching for a highly motivated Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to work on-sight in support of a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Personnel assigned to this task must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
The candidate shall provide the following services to include but not limited to:
Ensure the day-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools
Administer and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 12+ years of prior or relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of general Tier-2 or higher Technical Support and User Support experience
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience working in a Tier-3 or higher technical specialist capacity providing enterprise level support
Minimum of 3 years of working with relational databases, MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higher
Minimum of 3 years of Cloud Experience, review platforms, and cloud technologies
Active Top Secret with SSBI and ability to obtain and maintain SCI clearance
Knowledge with networking, internet protocols, and email protocols
Knowledge with web applications (web server administration, html, etc.) and related infrastructure
Experience in helping customers understand the features and benefits the products and work systematically through hardware and software problems
Experience with creating and maintaining Knowledge Management database
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
Experience with providing end-user support; troubleshooting issues and provide resolutions
Legal technology experience, Cloud experience and review platform experience (i.e., Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other eDiscovery platforms). Experience shall be in backend infrastructure support, data migrations, applications installations, and configurations
General administration experience working with Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019/2022
Experience with cloud technologies to include Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure servers, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateways and/or AWS EC2 servers, AWS Lambda and AWS API Gateways
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Veritas eDP and Enterprise Vault is desired
Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
