The incumbent will work in an environment partnering with Hallmark Operations, Engineers, and Maintenance teams along with Hallmark's vendors to maintain and improve system performance and stability. This role aligns closely with the Process Improvement Team at the DC and will be onsite at Liberty to achieve these functions.This role has the potential to work from home when not onsite at Liberty.What we do and how we do itAt Hallmark our Information Technology (IT) division is vital to helping Hallmark win in the marketplace. We play a leadership role in identifying, developing and managing technology and process solutions; we pro-actively partner with business areas to develop new capabilities, build reliable solutions and efficiently manage the corporation's investment in technology and end-to-end processes.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:This role will be responsible for proactively building and executing sustainable support processes for technology (warehouse management system, warehouse execution system, Voice Pick System, print and document management, Devices support and Automation) in all of Hallmarks Distribution Centers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:The following is required to be considered for this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. IT.) OR 3+ years of relevant experience working in an IT position.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSYour application will stand out if you have:Should be detail-oriented with an aptitude towards problem-solving, leadership, critical thinking and time management skills and can work effectively both independently and within a team.Basic understanding of computer networking, information security controls, print languages and printer hardware.Experience working with Warehouse Execution Systems, Document Management Solutions, Windows/UNIX configuration, and/or mobile device configuration/management.Demonstrated leadership abilities managing technical vendors to accept responsibility and resolve problemsKnowledge of Zebra handheld devices, Android operating system configurations, and mobile device management.Tech acumen or ability to effectively communicate technical syste
