The Central Division is looking for an Aftermarket Services Representative to cover dealers in Nebraska and Illinois through providing optimized coverage for Construction Industries. The ASR will be responsible for supporting a diverse dealer territory to transform how we do business. What will you do? / Job Duties and Responsibilities
Achievement of annual business plan for the assigned dealer territories
Deliver profitable growth through Services Growth Plan and 4DX Breakthrough execution
Optimize parts sales variance utilization within budget to drive incremental business
Partner with dealers' Parts & Service Sales Managers and their organizations to influence sales execution and sales force effectiveness
Understand, document and communicate customer requirements, business models, competitive landscape and other market intelligence to ensure product groups and other stakeholders are aware of customer needs
Lead dealers in PSE and Retail transformation
Manage T&E budget
How You'll be Successful (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
3 - 5 years in a dealer facing, B2B position
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Adaptability to complex changes, execute with ambiguity and drive advancement within the dealer organization
Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to motivate and influence change
Solution-oriented attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer focused mindset
