WHAT WE DO
Our corporate teams support our family of brands through managing the -back office- work so the team members who support in the production of our products can focus on making great tasting, innovative quality craft beverages. Our shared services team is made up by accounting/finance, human resources, marketing, and sales, who are all skilled in their space and share a love of craft beverages.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Support Administrator is a part-time position & will be responsible for various administrative duties for the DTC support team with a customer service attitude while aiding technical, project, and other varieties of work.
Reports to: DTC Operations Support Manager
DTC Support Software Management; including user enrollment, site updates, user permission settings, other actions as needed for SharePoint, ScheduleFly, Tripleseat, Untappd, Approve for Good, eCommerce B2B/B2C, Kevin's Worldwide, and others
New Manager/DTC Support Technology Support; system setups, computer setup, general new user support
Merchandise eCommerce Support; including item stock management, descriptors and tags, sale management, site organization, etc
Assist in maintenance of Master Merchandise Catalogue and New Item Builds
Manage Merchandise Shop and Donation email inboxes; respond to messages as needed and escalate accordingly
Oversight of Donation Software (Approve for Good); update offerings quarterly, monitor budgeting, send monthly reporting
Perform administrative tasks to include scheduling meetings, organizing and distributing newsletter, etc
Organization and disbursement of monthly ServSafe, Cicerone, and Certified Cider Guide completion tracking
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fast learner with experience and passion for learning new/different technology systems
Proven ability to multi-task and maintain detail-oriented records
Robust verbal and written communication skills
High energy with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
Confident, self-driven personality and high efficiency
Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel experience is required
Experience with Compeat, Toast and Paytronix is highly preferred
Passion for craft beer, cider, and spirits is desired
