In this role you will serve as the lead Project Manager on large scale, complex projects and be responsible for scope, schedule and budget. You must possess strong communication skills, ability to solve complex problems creatively, show ability to foster collaborative team dynamics, and the ability to develop and manage effective client relationships. You will be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as our primary liaison contact with clients to deliver projects through completion with maximum client satisfaction.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Large Aviation Projects at Denver International Airport (DEN)
Architecture and Planning On-calls for DEN and Airlines
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in Aviation and Transportation Architecture is preferred
History of successful leadership on complex projects.
Has knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from programming and schematic design, through project close-out.
High level use of Excel for developing and managing budgets and fees
Experience with developing detailed proposals to show anticipated scope and schedules for large, complex projects
General understanding of Indemnification and Insurance contract language for review and negotiations.
Participates in communication with the clients and consultant regarding various contractual aspects of the project
Business development meetings and strategy sessions with practice leaders and support the pursuit of new projects.

What You'll Need
Essential Responsibilities:
Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of project(s). Prepares strategic plans for project success. Serves as primary liaison contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and with client satisfaction.
Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Actively manages client's budget, schedule and program as well as HNTB's budget and schedule. Responsible for project communications and documentation. Oversees office administrative tasks and project team assignments.
Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers. Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed. Schedules and manages for integration of quality management during all phases of a project.
Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects of the largest magnitude.
Responsible for performance evaluations, work allocation, training and mentoring of staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture/Design, or Architectural/Civil Engineering
12 Years of related experience
RA, RID or PE Certifications/licenses
