This position will be worki@Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home).i iiCheck out more details below.iiWhat youill doAssist with the planning and scheduling of project timelines, tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools and providing direction and support to project team.Identifies, researches, and resolves escalated customer and system issues related to operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiencies are maintained.iMonitoring and resolving system issues via vendor Case Management and communicate system issues to proper departments.iMaintain and manage ticket queues with vendors pertaining to system upgrades and enhancements, system issues, and research.iAssists in oversight of Core System updates and testing and ensures timely delivery of new benefits and features to end users.iOversight of Online Banking system updates and testing and ensures timely delivery of new services and features to end users.Be a main contact to provide escalated Online Banking Support to operations and deposit associates. Provides Tier 2 and 3 Online Banking Support to operations and deposit associates.iAssists in troubleshooting isolated system issues and interacts with online banking vendors to identifyiand resolve system issues.Maintains a development queue for system improvements related to operational efficiencies impacting business lines, including but not limited to Deposit Operations, Online Channel, Treasury Management, and the Deposit division to monitor idea requirements, progress, and training.Attend and participate in regular meetings with vendors and/or internal customers.Follows all applicable laws and regulationsPerforms other duties and projects as assignediWhat youill bring3 or more years banking experienceAssociate degree OR 3 years business experienceProject Management skills that include the following:iiReview project documentation, prioritize deadlines, develop schedules, track timelines for project deliverables, and validate and test any changes.iiAssist with project coordination and rollout, escalate urgent matters to manager where appropriate, and evaluate existing processes to gain efficiencies. iiAdvanced knowledge and proven experience with MS Office products. iSolid proficiency of daily utilization to create, format and develop reports and presentation material.iiBonus PointsExperience as a personal banker or a management role within the banking industryiSolid business communication skills with ability to interface well with all departments within the company and externally to represent the bank in a highly professional mannerExceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently an
