The primary responsibility of this position will be winding coil in the BB2 work area. This position will learn all tasks of the BB2 wire area including, but not limited to, taping, insulation, a primary winding, a secondary winding, auto coil, slap & pierce, coring, welding, and dip & bake. Associate must be a team player, self-starter, safety-conscious, have good communication skills. The individual must be quality conscious and concerned with customers' needs and on-time delivery. A BB2 Coil winding associate may be required to work overtime and work in other areas of the business unit as dictated by their workload.

Essential Functions:

- Auto Coil

- Coring Units

- Dip & Bake

- Sit down Winding - Primary

- Slap & Pierce

- Stand up Winding - Secondary

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

- 1 year of mechanical experience required

- 1 year coil winding experience preffered

- Must be able to read and understand coil winding data sheets

- Possess good hand dexterity

- Must be willing to cross-train

- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours

- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Overtime will be required
