Position Details and Responsibilities:
Reports to directly to the Sr. Field Operations Manager
Will have Service Technicians as direct reports.
Position will be responsible for maintaining and policing the Sub Contractor Installers
Position must be based out of Centennial, CO
Role will work exclusively with Cabinetry
Verify that all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation is complete and accurate
Handle installation issues and provide solutions
Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet schedule time limits
Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
Coordinate with contractors if project activities are sub-contracted
Coordinate with associates and customers at job sites
Lead Service Techs, provide reviews, offer direction, track performance and metrics, etc.
Work with Sales team ensuring accurate dates are established
Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience of staff management preferred
5+ years of cabinetry installation required
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills a must
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet multiple and sometimes ambitious time limits
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
Position will be in the field approximately 50% of the time
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license

Pay Range:

$5,434.20 - $11,839.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
