This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home).Check out more details below.What youll doAdminister the banks Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program so that the bank complies with the requirements of the actResponsible for driving and implementing the Banks strategy for the promotion, enhancement and oversight of the enterprise-wide Fair Lending ProgramReports on the CRA and Fair Lending programs to the board of directors and regulatory agencies. Maintain the Banks CRA public file as required by the Community Reinvestment Act.Serve as the Chair of the banks CRA and Fair Lending Committee.Perform analysis of the Banks various lending portfolios and activities to identify trends, emerging issues, gaps for business improvement.Maintain complete and accurate records relating to CRA qualifying lending activities including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.Read, interpret, and thoroughly understand relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance to ensure the Bank maintains compliance with CRA and fair lending laws and regulations.Engage with local community organizations to expand the Banks lending footprint, community development services, and the banks product offering as well as provide sponsorship opportunities.Administrative duties on various software applications pertaining to the maintenance and analysis of CRA data. Analysis may include comparative file reviews, studies, regression analysis, risk assessments, fallout reports, and peer analysis.Prepare and present to the Board of Directors and Senior Management on an annual basis the CRA Self Evaluation, Fair Lending Self Evaluation and applicable risk assessments detailing the Banks current performance and program effectiveness, including providing recommendations and guidance for controlling risks and enhancing controls.Assist in the development of new products to ensure that the Banks lending programs, deposit products and other financial services are designed to enable the Bank to meet the financial, credit and housing needs of the Banks communities.Prepare and present periodic CRA training to all bank personnel and the Board of Directors to ensure they have a good understanding of both CRA and fair lending laws applicable to their position.Monitor business line processes, including relevant CRA and HMDA data, that identifies fair lending issues/potential weaknesses, and proactively recommends appropriate changes to existing programs and processes as needed.Build strong partnerships across the bank and collaborate effectively within business lines to provide advice on all matters involving CRA, Fair Lending, federal banking regulations, and compliance.Coordinate with federal regulatory agency examiners during CRA, Fair Lending and Safety and Soundness examinations. Assume responsibility for all data to be provided to examiners by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness. Furnish examiners with requested information. Coordinate with the internal and independent auditors to ensure that compliance issues are adequately addressed where appropriate.Follows all applicable laws and regulations. Performs other duties and proje
