Job Description:
As a Senior Specialist, Program Finance Analyst, you will support programs in our Agile Development Group Division. You will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a set of contracts. This position performs analyses related to programs including profitability, cash flow, forecasts, Earned Value and quarterly EACs. Responsibility also includes development and distribution of all financial reports to stakeholders for their programs. You are expected understand internal customer requirements and provide useful, timely data to assist in the financial processes. This role requires quick, critical, and detailed thinking.
The Agile Development Group (ADG) specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.
Essential Functions:
Act as the subject matter expert for financial performance of their programs. This includes providing management with an early warning of potential performance issues, identifying risks, and offering solutions.
Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
Partner with Program Management Office and manage all financial actions for their set of programs; including tracking cash flow, financial planning and analyzing, and proposing corrective actions as appropriate
Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
Ensure financials for Program Management Reviews (PMR) are accurate, timely and complete
Support month end and week soft closing activities including validating actuals, revenue recognition, cost and fee ceilings, and profit bookings
Prepare Short-Term Forecast (STF) for Orders, Sales, Operating Income, Cash and Working Capital and Estimate at Completion (EAC) for their programs
Other special projects as directed by management such as reconciliations, cleanup of migrated or closed projects, etc.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances as required
Ability to obtain and maintain any additional clearances as required

Qualifications:
U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain DoD clearance
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Program Finance experience.
Earned Value Management Experience
Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
Experience using Microsoft Office products
