What you'll do: Working with the Sr. Director, HR Operations, the HR Systems Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the efficient and effective use of the company Human Resources Information System (HRIS), currently Workday. Working closely with the Sr. Director's HR Operations team, the HR Information Technology Team, and the Workday workstream leads, this role will support effective day-to-day process execution, project planning and execution, and serve as an expert resource. You will also provide back-up support to the HR Services Program Manager. HRIS (Workday) Management: + Proactively finds opportunities to support or advance HR strategies and initiatives with technology. + Facilitates discussions within HR to see opportunities for system improvements and enhancements, including documentation of requirements and submission of JIRA project tickets. + Coordinates needs and processes across Workday modules through partnership with HR Workday workstream leads. + Acts as a liaison between HR and Information Technology (IT), connecting with HRIT and Technology Solutions Partners to review requirements, discuss potential solutions, identify resource needs, and set priorities. + Brings proposed solutions to HR leadership for review and approval. + In partnership with HRIT serves as HR lead on related project and implementation teams. + Monitors and analyzes support cases/tickets for recurring issues to determine documentation, training, or process improvement needs. + Ensures system workflows follow SOX compliance standards. + Drives continuous improvement of Workday. User Resource Development: + Anticipates end-user needs and drives communication and change management efforts to meet them. + Responsible for development and maintenance of HRIS user reference tools, such as Quick Reference Guides, training or demonstration videos, and templates. + Participates in the planning, development, and communication of HRIS user training; may present user training. Other HRIS Support: + Submits break/fix service tickets and other service requests, as needed. + Performs and/or leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documents results. + Creates and schedules advanced custom reports; develops governance for report naming, creation, and tracking. + Assists with documentation of HR Workday governance, procedures, processes, and practices, including permissions/security access definition. + Leads collection and management of data necessary to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. General HR Operations Support: + Provides back-up support to the HR Services Program Manager for several company-wide programs and vendors, such as Scholarships, Matching Gifts, and I-9/E-Verify Compliance. + May also provide support by addressing customer issues and requests, reporting, invoice payments, budget tracking, data accuracy, and other HR systems support. Skills You Will Need Here: + Minimum five years full-time Human Resources employment with at least three years focused on HR systems, process, and data. + Experience using, developing, and implementing Human Resources systems, including Human Resources Information Systems. + Two years or more of Workday user experience in several Workday modules. + Broad knowledge of Human Resources-related laws, regulations, and policy as well as experience with advanced human resources information systems, preferably Workday. + Prior project management experience. + Experience interacting with and maintaining confidential information. + Technology orientation is imperative. Experience using business/software tools and HRIS systems to report and analyze data required; SharePoint and Smartsheet experience a plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint including, charting, pivot table and VLOOKUP skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical. + Solid verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. + Strong customer focus and results orientation. + Good organization, detail orientation and overall time management skills. + Demonstrated competency for handling multiple competing tasks with high priority deadlines. + Must possess good judgment, be a well-organized multi-tasker and self-directed individual who is a great teammate. + A resourceful and articulate individual who communicates effectively, both one-on-one and in a group setting, and who thoughtfully and professionally challenges the status quo. Preferred + Bachelor's degree in human resources or Human Resources certification. + Prior work experience in a global, matrixed organization.
