Job descriptionAs an authorized dealer for Metro by T-Mobile, we are looking for DEPENDABLEpart-time Retail Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the stores profitability.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will includeKeeping store look and feel up to company code, being dependable and showing up to all scheduled shifts.Cleaning and maintaining accessory stock.Staying up to date on all required training.Most importantly hitting stores monthly key performance indicators such as activations, customer retention and experience, store traffic conversion and accessory sales.Experience required:Customer service/retail sales skills a MUST.Knowledge of computers and point of sale systems helpfulWillingness to learn!
