  • A leading eCommerce company is seeking a Buyer III to join their team, focusing on an automation project deploying equipment across our North American network.

  • This includes adding new equipment, data and power, and air piping jobs.

  • You will collaborate with air piping contractors (APCs) and compressor vendors (CVs) to ensure successful execution.

  • The role involves working with internal PM teams, reviewing codes, ensuring compliance, and managing deployment execution.

  • Key responsibilities include requesting and reviewing quotes, negotiating, placing orders, managing supply readiness, and handling escalations.

Skills

  • Experience with air piping contractors and compressor vendors

  • Supplier sourcing and negotiation

  • Understanding of air piping scope

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaboration with project managers and engineering teams

  • 3-5 years of buyer experience, (electrical or compressor industry) preferred

  • Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) 2 - 4 Years

  • Data analysis 2 - 4 Years

  • General contractor construction 2 - 4 Years

Work Site

  • This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.
