Position Summary:
You are a results-oriented, creative Marketing Specialist with two plus years of experience. You are highly motivated and enthusiastic ready join a team that is supporting Bonaventure's rapidly growing business. You will work on creation and sending of drip campaigns, development of print and digital collateral and assist with promotional orders and special events. Accountabilities:
Responsible for preparation and creation of presentation materials, including print, social media, and other campaigns
Collaboration with Bonaventure business units in brainstorming marketing campaigns
Conduct customer brand and product research
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management
Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas; i.e. events planning, advertising, optimization and content development
Who You Are:
Two plus years of marketing experience; residential/real estate a plus
A solid knowledge of typography, color theory, design and layout principles with a strong aesthetic sense
Experience in websites, ILS', SEO, SEM and digital data
Entry level skills working in Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge in working with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Excel functions); Knowledge in working with Entrata software is preferred
Excellent in creative content writing
Ability to travel occasionally
