The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pmThe Shipping Traffic Coordinator communicates with various carriers, Global Transportation, Shipping personnel, Distribution Inventory Analysts, hostlers, and management to accurately and efficiently coordinate the shipment of orders. Ships all trailers to meet on time delivery. Makes all manifests and master BOLs for drivers to pick up. Checks-in drivers for receiving. Conducts themselves in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Teamwork, cooperation and flexibility, along with LEAN principles of problem solving and eliminating waste are expectations of the position.
