The incumbent works to ensure guest satisfaction, by maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, focusing on ensuring that all hotel guests have access to pool ameninities, while ensuring their safety. At all times, the Pool Attendant must offer guest services at levels exceeding expectations.
Level One
Report to Engineering, any deficiencies that need to be addressed as they occur.
Meet, greet and seat all pool guests. Control and assign lounge chairs to guests, ensuing that only Hotel guests have access to the pool area. Assign, control and place "reserved" signage on lounge chairs/seating.
Assist Food and Beverage staff with set up to open the SkyBar Night Club.
Maintain pool and area lighting and music levels.
Assist SkyBar staff by clearing empty cups and drink bottles from tables and decking.
Monitor public restrooms and report cleanliness issues to Housekeeping immediately; keep picked up and tidy.
Ensure all tiled surfaces in the elevator lobby remain dry at all times. Clear any areas of standing water.
Pass on to the next shift, and/or Management, any pertinent information deemed necessary.
