We aim to build a company whose culture promotes inclusion and embraces how rewarding it is to work with employees from all walks of life.iWe are currently looking for an experiencediLoan Originatorito join our mortgage sales team. iCheck out the details below.iiWhat youill doConsult and service customers via lead generation program or referral sources.Interview applicants to develop information concerning mortgage needs.Obtain and analyze pertinent financial and credit information and determines which loan option best fits applicants needs and circumstances. iPre-qualify applicant, negotiate rates, terms and conditions of the loan. iEnter mortgage application in full accurate detail in the origination system. iObtain automated underwriting decision through appropriate system. iAdvise applicant of disposition and arrange for documents required from the automated underwriting system (AUS). iiEnsure the timely preparation and delivery of all forms and legal disclosures as required by regulatory guideline.Maintain complete, detailed and accurate knowledge of investor program guidelines and agency guidelines to minimize credit and/or rate risk to the Bank and ensure that all loan applications are originated, developed and closed in a timely and professional manner.Follow all applicable laws and regulations. iPerform other duties and projects as assigned.iWhat youill bring1-2 years of sales experience (mortgage lending industry experience, preferred)Active NMLS LicenseiGeneral knowledge of related regulations, mortgage products, and requirementsHigh school diploma or GED requirediBonus PointsStrong sales techniquesiSounds judgement and decision-making abilitiesOrganized, able to prioritize and meet established deadlines and goals.Proven business development skills i iiMust have excellent verbal and written business communication skills i i i i iiMust have solid computer skillsiOur Hiring ProcessiAfter we review your application and feel youire a potential fit we will reach out with next steps.
