Pay: $19-$23HR (Depending on Experience)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire (Benefits Included)
Schedule: On-Site M-F 8-5pm
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Support inside and outside sales.
Provide data entry and order entry as needed to backup sales.
Track and expedite orders.
Interact with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Adjust orders per customers' requests and according to company policies; communicate change information to the appropriate parties.
Resolve production, shipping, scheduling, and/or invoicing conflicts.
Other duties as assigned.
