Configuration Management Specialist
If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the U.S. Navy - Serco has a great opportunity for you! This Configuration Management Specialist will be located at our Washington, D.C. site supporting the new construction of U.S. Navy's ships.
In this role, you will:
Have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled and detailed oriented team to:
Understand change processing and aid in tracking multiple engineering change proposals through a specified process.
Provide an analytical review of cost information and develop questions to determine its fidelity.
Develop detailed and exact meeting minutes on various change topics.
Develop both virtual and paper packages of consolidated documentation for review at different levels.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve questions and/or concerns with change issues.
Develop trainings on assigned tasking, as required.
Assist team in instruction updates, drafting letters, correspondence, and documentation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree.
A current or active DoD Secret security clearance.
Two to four years' experience.
The ability to plan and coordinate individual assignments.
The ability to collaborate in a virtual environment with team members in multiple locations.
Research skills and questioning attitude to develop solutions for customer.
