Summary : The Associate Brand Manager for Rain-X Wiper Blades is responsible for specific projects and activities to support the business, with a focus on becoming an expert on the brand, tracking and reporting brand performance, managing and maintaining brand assets and resources, and driving sales through strategic brand initiatives.

Key skills needed for this role:

- Work effectively cross-functionally, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution in support of brand plans.

- Requires superior analytical skills and the ability to translate business analyses into recommendations to drive the business in the following areas: new products, retailer strategies, promotions, pricing, consumer engagement, advertising, and other programs that affect sales and share.

- Individuals must develop a deep understanding of the retail environment including trends impacting the business, competitive assessments, and expertise of both consumers and customers.

- Collaborate with the brand team on marketing and advertising plans including TV, social, and digital, working with external partners and agencies on the development and execution of annual plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the Rain-X brand team on project deliverables.

- Become an expert on the Rain-X brand and product portfolio.

- On-going assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the brand and strategic plans.

- Main contact for E-Comm accounts: support promotions, A+ content requirements (images and copy), product inquiries, and new product creation.

- Account management (as subject matter expert) for emerging national retail accounts.

- Improve and maintain brand resources including sell sheets, brand website, and e-commerce content.

- Support line review presentations: create PowerPoint presentation slides using internal and external data sources, coordinate mock-ups of new products and support national sales team requests from our retail partners.

- Champion a social media strategy with in-house Digital Team, propose content ideas for monthly content calendar and manage approvals of assets and budgets.

- Internal and external cross-functional project leadership.

- Work with brand team to identify and develop new products, help create all brand related tasks such as packaging design and selling materials.

- Support account level projects as needed.

- Become a steward of the brand and maintain brand standards and consistency throughout brand materials, packaging and website communications.

- Support trade show and sales meeting activities, with samples and assets, as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree with at least two years Consumer Marketing, Product Management or Brand Management experience or MBA (preferred) with at least one year Brand or Product Management experience.

- Team player with a business first attitude.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

- Desire to learn with strong initiative, internal drive, and motivation to deliver results.

- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a variety of audiences including senior management.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities

- Ability to identify and contribute to innovation and creative business solutions.

- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
