The Government Team is responsible for building a growing portfolio of government clients at the city, county, state and federal level in key regions across the country. Our work is centered on understanding government marketing and public education needs, serving our agency partners and leveraging the power of local media to move audiences toward action achieving public sector goals. We are experienced marketers using our expertise build a dynamic business within Audacy by advancing public education & outreach goals with government entities in our communities across the country.
Audacy's Government Division is seeking an experienced Government Partnership Specialist to join the fast growing Government team. The Specialist will support the execution Government public education and marketing campaigns. The purpose of the role is to support the Government Partnership Manager in creating new business relationships, ensure accurate and effective campaign implementation while providing exceptional customer service for clients and partners.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The Government Partnership Specialist is responsible for seeking and tracking procurement opportunities with city, county, state and federal government entities
Create and maintain sales and marketing materials needed for agency partnerships
Support the Government Partnership Manager in proposal response and pitch development
Participate in and support the development of public education media campaigns and solutions
Support the implementation of government contracts upon award including:
Compiling client contract documents, budgets, deliverables, timelines etc.
Steward every aspect of campaign implementation across internal teams to ensure flawless implementation and achievement of client goals, including:
Ensure accurate order entry for detailed client billing, managing production schedules, trafficking creative, ensuring monthly reporting and reconciliation process is complete, timely and accurate
Ensure campaign reporting and performance metrics are readily available throughout campaign and at completion
Steward recap process to completion
Consolidate and manage local knowledge base of government client and campaign work including experience, case studies, team resumes etc.
Attend meetings, training sessions and client events as needed
Work closely with Government Partnerships Manager & Account Manager to successfully grow and manage portfolio of agency partners and government clients
Qualifications

At times, flexibility to work hours early or late as required by deadlines may be necessary to provide best customer service
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel absolutely critical
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of demonstrated project / campaign management work experience.
Working knowledge of how to read/build marketing strategy and media plans
Experience in media coordination and placement of media campaigns
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
Valid driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
