Job Description

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to the Director, Philanthropy Operations, Donor Experience and has no direct reports.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for implementing and tailoring sophisticated data solutions for the

ProMedica Foundation. The primarily responsibilities include oversight of the Salesforce platform,

ensuring compliance, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring up-to-date records, and creating

dashboards and donor and accounting reports. Additionally, this position will utilize wealth

screening and reports to equip the fundraising team with important insights into prospects and

donors.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise

Manage the Salesforce data instance including troubleshooting, creating, and updating needed reports, managing objects and fields, ensuring data security and compliance, coordinating workflows for accounting, community relations, gift processing and fundraising. Activate data projects, including wealth screens, which screen donors within the database as well as patient lists. Provide fundraisers with information on prospects. Assist with the management of various data vendor contracts. Track renewals and notify the leadership when a renewal is upcoming. Ensure clean data by administering address updates and deceased finder updates. Provide Salesforce training to new employees in the department. Design best practice solutions while also keeping user documentation up to date. Provide back up support to gift processing when necessary.
