The Operations Analyst will conduct thorough research and analysis to assist in the development and implementation of effective business strategies. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop recommendations to optimize business processes, and ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives.
Hard Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience analyzing operations, data, or related field within an organization
Experience with crisis management and response planning
Continuity Planning experience
Regression Analysis experience (a plus)
Master's degree (a plus)

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and some days remote.
Work Environment
Corporate type office in Harrisburg with an attached parking garage. Monday - Friday, 1st shift hours.
