Waste Connections Statement of Operating Values
Waste Connections CDL Drivers operate heavy-duty rear-end load or automated side-load trucks and are responsible for the collection of solid waste or recyclable material in accordance with Waste Connections Policy and Procedures, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state and federal laws. Drivers will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Drivers safely maneuver vehicles and navigate high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.
Work Environment
Required to exert physical effort in handling objects
Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day.
Normal setting for this job is: outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.
Minimum Job Requirements-
Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement as a minimum
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to adapt to changes
Willingness to be a contributing TEAM member

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour plus overtime ($4000 sign-on bonus)
