Overview
FTI is looking for a full-time Cybersecurity Team Lead to support the US Army in conjunction with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of a high-profile DoD program with Congressional mandates for the national security of DoD systems. Our ideal candidate will d evelop and deliver innovative solutions to consulting clients in various areas of technology, provide technical consulting in areas such as IT strategy, engineering services, analytics, compliance, integration, and other technical practice areas, and build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution. Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work.

Responsibilities
Experience in directing the delivery of technical projects within the organization.
Oversee project teams, drive resources, budgets, and schedules. Track and provide project status.
Work across teams to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges.
Lead efforts that collaborate on cybersecurity assessments from an Informational Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) perspective.
Career-development professional within field.
Proficiency in discipline with a desire for continued development.
Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity
Accomplished Cybersecurity team lead that can direct support of cyber analytics, cyber assessments, wargaming efforts, and software development
Experience with Enterprise Tools, network devices and a deep understanding of the cyber assessments and wargaming efforts.
Identify additional product/service opportunities. As a consultant, may be responsible for tracking work hours by type of activity and maintaining full utilization (billable hours) as set by organization.
Able to work as a member of a team.
Education/Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security
Experience leading cyber team of analysts and engineers.
A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in creating proposals and SOW's, responding to RFP's.
Experience presenting proposals to clients.
Experience driving working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met.
