Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)Monitoring the boats propulsion and motors.Greasing and PM's on the boats.Securing the loads and maintaining them on the river.Assisting the captain in navigation.Securing the loads to the dock barge and the plant.Cut with a cutting torch and weld using a stick welder.Performs other job-related duties as assigned .Dependable and reliable attendance.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
