Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented Service Coordinator in Ball Ground, GA, or Dallas, TX to dispatch, plan, organize and monitor activities within the Service Department, and to ensure the productive, efficient and safe activities of field services as directed by the established supervisor.
Responsibilities
Dispatch field resources. Assign service and repair work based on technician's skill set.
Coordinate work-flow for all field service requests.
Field phone calls and respond to internal and external emails.
Open and review work orders to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
Requirements
Basic knowledge and understanding of the generator or other service industry desired, but not required.
Excellent customer support, follow up and service skills.
Dispatching / scheduling experience a plus
Ability to interpret field provided documents and service reports.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn and work within Company ERP System.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School Diploma required.
