_SUMMARY:_ The Real Estate and Facilities Manager - Supply Centers reports to the VP Operational Excellence - US Distribution. This position will promote continuous improvement of the Supply Center standards through project management, contractor/vendor relationship development, participation in the budgeting process and data analysis. The Real Estate and Facilities manager will be responsible for managing each project through to completion. _OBJECTIVES:_ * Continuous improvement of Supply Center standards relating to office and showroom build-outs & furnishings, warehouse specifications, and material handling equipment. * Develop and improve material handling resources in supply centers by providing direction on policy, procedure and best practices related to the safe handling of our products. * Managing and completing assigned projects within the defined budget. _DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:_ * Support facility layout standards for electrical, phones, racking, materials, etc. Work with local contractors/vendors to manage the process through to completion within the constraints of local and state building codes. * Manage and direct details involved in the opening, moving or closing of a supply center (security, furniture, signage, showroom/marketing, telephone, etc.). * Actively participate in the capital spending budgeting process. * Service contract/agreement review * Warehouse re-racking and facility expansion and remodel planning. Zoning, layout, contractor cost review, etc. * Contribute to safety related initiatives in the supply center organization including support of training initiatives. * Support of lease administrative database for tracking of lease costs, and data. * Tracking of various maintenance programs and equipment 1. HVAC 2. Leased and owned assets like forklifts 3. Security ADT * Monitor and maintain excess equipment stock _KEY RELATIONSHIPS:_ * Supply Center Operations Managers and ROVPs * Corporate EHS, Marketing, IT personnel * Suppliers, vendors and contractors of required equipment and services _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:_ * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent work experience * 5 or more years of experience in facilities management or equivalent experience working in a Supply Center. * The candidate must have the ability to travel overnight up to 50%. #Indeed - Associated All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
