Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager at our location in Wichita, KS!
Manager our team of Territory Managers on all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

JOB DUTIES:
Assist Sales team in the field as needed.
Assist in new hire selection process, onboarding, and training.
Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years outside sales/B2B experience preferred.
Waste industry experience preferred.
Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
Previous Sales supervision experience.
Computer literate - Salesforce experience is a plus!
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Reliable transportation & valid driver's license required - this position requires frequent driving.
Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.
