Bonaventure is adding a FP&A Manager to our growing organization. In this position you will repost to the VP or FP&A and will have responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Accountabilities:
Accountability for budgeting, forecasting and advanced financial analysisacross the enterprise
Design, develop, implement,and improve systems and processes to drivethe reportingandanalysis needs of the business
Build financial models and dashboards thatforecast and analyze key business drivers and trends
Report key metrics in amanner that is easily understood by management and investors
Prepare liquidity analyses and forecasts to aid the Executive Team inmonitoring the performance of the business
Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends andanalyzing causes of unexpected variances while partnering withdepartment heads on actions plans to manage variances
Ensure that the FP&A team is staffed with qualified financial staff capableof meeting the department's objectives and goals. Responsible forcontinued development of these team members
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the companythrough strong financial support, helping them meet business objectives,increase revenue and revenueefficiency,and improve profitability.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in accounting,finance,or related field, CPA or MBA a plus and Five plusyears FP&Aexperience, people and process management is key
Collaborator with proven experience working closely with operating managers throughout an organization
Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts,solve problems, draw valid conclusions, and make actionablerecommendations in a timely and accuratemanner
A combinationofReal Estate, Construction, or prior REITexperiencerequired, multifamily isa plus
Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skillsrequired
