Description
To assist in the development of and to administer a wide variety of Human Resources and Talent Development services for the Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD).
Duties
You will typically have previous human resources and talent development experience and have progressed through various human resources positions. This position is a business partner within PSLD supporting each of the 4 HR Managers, Lead HR Managers and leaders as needed.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT:
Required learning which includes, but is not limited to position mapping for Risk & Compliance Required Learning new hire enrollment, organization review for EHS Required Learning new hire enrollment, and tracking completion of all PSLD annual required learning
Participant tracking for PSLD LD200 nominations
Assigning leadership development (ex: LD200) courses in Workday to PSLD participants
First point of contact for all PSLD Talent Development inquiries and ensure appropriate subject matter expert is consulted and monitor to resolution
Assist Divisional Talent Development Manager in:
HR Professional development / capability building
Production Onboarding and Employee Experience
Support for department and divisional leadership development needs
Support for PSLD D+I initiatives and projects
Emerging market employee development
HUMAN RESOURCES:
Interact with and counsel all levels of management and salaried employees to assist and resolve a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit related issues.
Interface with Corporate Human Resources, Compensation + Benefit and Payroll personnel to assist with coordinating the resolution of employee issues and problems in some or all of the following areas:
Performance Management Process
Communication of human resources related material.
Employee Opinion Survey analysis and communication.
People Council support
Perform duties associated with Governmental regulations and internal investigations.
Perform duties associated with the administration of payroll, salary administration, time and attendance, Workday related activities and learning initiatives.
Track and report on metrics and measurements for human resources functions and provide data to management.

Challenges include meeting expectations in delivering results, considering alternative courses of actions, making timely decisions and continuing to build strong relationship with business unit. The jobholder manages multiple priorities and stays abreast of current regulations and human resource management.
This position requires a high level of energy and flexibility and demands sufficient knowledge to resolve human resources related questions and issues such as Global location, payroll, disciplines, etc
Typical internal customers include the employees at all levels in one or more facilities and/or Divisions, at both domestic and global locations.
Works with process owners and governance council to ensure correct level of approval is determined for process changes and updated documentation is provided to all service centers.
Assists in the development and implementation of flexible processes and innovative approaches.
Develop and recommend solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. The incumbent is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and review a large number of possible solutions before selecting an option. The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action within departmental guidelines from many existing solutions following documented processes and procedures. Can change different parts of the standard approach to serve customers best, but cannot add or delete procedures without approval. May direct and review work of others. Determines business objectives. Work is typically reviewed after completion.
Basic Qualifications
College or university degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of human resources job-related experience
Working knowledge of Workday

Broad knowledge in various areas of human resource including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures.
Excellent human relations and communications skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues and to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department.
The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
