About the Position

Bonaventure Construction and Quality Assurance seeks a REGIONAL MANAGER to be responsible for the oversight of multiple projects within a territory. You will be responsible for managing field staff and communication processes for both internal and external clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide regional leadership to field CA staff.

  • Establish and maintain QA procedures through design and construction processes.

  • Lead development meeting prior to construction.

  • Support design and construction through to plan submittal.

  • Coordinate pre-close in site meetings to ensure design intent.

  • Provide punch list items for building exteriors.

  • Work with owner representatives regarding interior punch list items.

  • Document lessons learned throughout project construction.

  • Support transition to building management and maintenance.

    Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.

  • Education and experience requirements may be satisfied through equivalent combination of education and job experiences on a case-by-case basis.

  • 5-7 years' relevant work history in design or construction.

  • Experience with project leadership or management.

  • Strong listener

  • Exceptional communicator both in writing and speaking to internal and external audience.

  • Demonstrate history of providing excellent follow-up.

  • Solid experience with building products, construction details, and regulations is required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge and ability to work in Procore platform.

  • Knowledge and ability to work in Bluebeam.
