Reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. No supervisory responsibilities.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, serving as an expert to the business in all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. This role drives strategic service delivery and ensures strong hiring leader and candidate relationship management, positioning ProMedica as an employer of choice.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide full life cycle recruitment to meet the workforce needs of the business - Deliver best-in-class recruitment services, providing expert advice and counsel throughout the hiring process to all stakeholders - Partner with operations and team members to foster strong collaboration, identifying unique needs and level setting expectations - Provides cost effective and proactive recruitment strategies/campaigns recommendations for recruitment of providers including direct mail, advertising, residency programs, Compensation use only - Provides supporting documentation to stakeholders and Provider Recruitment leadership on sourcing strategies completed or underway along with consultation on sourcing recommendations with opportunities for applicant traffic - Collaborates with hiring leaders, immigration attorneys and candidates regarding any immigration needs, where applicable - Researches and participates in conferences/webinar, job fairs, and provider recruitment events, as assigned - Analyze industry and market trends to design, develop and deliver recruiting services, ensuring optimal service delivery to the business - Provide a high level of customer service ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employment brand in the community - Provide appropriate prospect and candidate record-keeping procedures in ProMedica's applicable systems of record

Location: Remote Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Skills: - Extensive experience in all full life cycle recruiting components, including strategic sourcing, qualifying, interview coordination and offer negotiation - Proven relationship management with stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Strong requisition and candidate management within customer relationship management system or applicant tracking system - Proven success identifying qualified candidates through professional networks and strategic sourcing methods - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proven track record of managing mid to high level requisitions and hiring needs - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to anticipate, identify, and escalate risks to leadership Years of Experience: 4+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years recruiting Physicians or APPs in a hospital or clinic setting License: N/A Certification: N/A

Pay Range: $38,480 - $104,000
