The Talent & Organizational Development team is responsible for enabling business growth and a high-performing organizational culture by leading end-to-end talent programs and initiatives that attract, grow, and retain diverse top talent. Part of the broader Employee Experience function within HR at Serco, the Talent & Organizational Development team works closely with Serco leadership to serve as trusted HR advisors, consultants, coaches, strategists, and partners. The Talent & Organizational Development team plays a critical role in executing enterprise-wide talent strategies and thought leadership in support of employee learning and development. Serco Talent programs include but are not limited to: Internships, Early Career Development, Supervisor and Manager Development, Project Management, Leadership Development, Rotational Assignments, LinkedIn Learning Administration, Organizational Development, Mentoring, and Innovation.
In this role, you will:
Take a data-driven approach to lead the assessment and analysis of development needs and partner with key stakeholders to prioritize, develop, deliver, and scale talent development solutions.
Design collateral to include presentations, slides, handouts, flyers, worksheets, workbooks, scripts, videos, and more.
Facilitate/moderate training sessions and events.
Meet with and serve as a consultant to senior leadership.
Apply practical stakeholder, change, and project management disciplines to execute and deliver programs.
Identify talent development collaboration opportunities across functional partners (inside and outside of HR) to deliver an integrated approach and employee experience.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives on talent programs and gather feedback.
Provide high quality service to all levels of management and staff.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the talent development domain and apply to Serco.
Support new or emerging talent initiatives as needed.
Work as part of a high-performing, collaborative Employee Experience team and HR organization.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree.
5-7 years of Talent Development or Organizational Development experience.
Experience supporting end-to-end talent development programs.
Experience consulting directly with leaders and managing stakeholders.
Experience with instructional design and facilitation.
Experience with process improvement implementation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
