Serco, Inc. has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.This is a remote opportunity.Serco's ServiceNow Team supports distinctcloud-based ServiceNow platforms for our Corporate instances and for our Government Program instances. In this role, you will:
Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution
Create reports and dashboards
Maintain as well as seek continuous improvements of processes, standards, policies, and best practice methods
Provide general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and remedy as needed
Develop catalog items, process automation, and solutions through no code, low code, and JavaScript code when needed to meet valid business needs
Perform quality assurance and various typesof testing
Master data or development into or between ServiceNow instances and other systems
Plan and execute major upgrades and patches
Interact with customers in requirements gathering
Configure and develop systems and integrations with ServiceNow
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's Degreeand 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow as a administratorand developer
Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS,
Skilled in Web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
Strong knowledge of and experience in ServiceNow core architecture and applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Portal, Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Management, Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, and SSO
Experience with all phases of the softwaredevelopment lifecycle
Have the ability to quickly learn new processes, systems and integrations with ServiceNow
US Citizenship is required
Additional desired skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or other IT-related disciplines preferred
Experience with jQuery, Angular JS, JSON, Jelly, React, and ITIL V4 are a plus
ServiceNow Administration certification (CSA), and current on deltas
ServiceNow Applications Developer (CAD), and current on deltas
