Summary You will serve as a Fuel Distribution System Mechanic Leader in the Fuels Department, Operations Division of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR. Responsibilities You will lead a group of civilian and military employees who will maintain, inspect, install, repair, replace, and modify liquid fuel storage and distribution systems. You will have knowledge of the physical properties and boards associated with the handling of various types of petroleum fuels. You will perform calibration of fuel dispensing systems and tank and pressure gauges. You will have the ability to analyze deficiencies and diagnose malfunctions of system components such as automatic control valves, pumps, flow meters, etc. You will have knowledge of mechanical principles necessary to repair and maintain fuel distribution systems and their components. You will have the ability to plan and layout the installation and modification of fuel distribution systems and equipment and to interpret and apply plans, blueprints, and schematics.
