As our Inside Sales Supervisor, you will report to the General Manager; manage the day-to-day order entry and confirmations systems, coordinate with our manufacturing and materials teams, and provide timely responses and communications with our valued customers. This position is instrumental in supporting various strategic objectives and supports the company's philosophy for lean manufacturing and Lean office- eliminate waste, improve deficiencies, and continuous improvement. We will support you with maximum autonomy and empowerment, and you will have incredible opportunity for input, action, and impact on our operations. Specifically, we need you to:
Lead daily Department Shop Floor Management Meetings using Busch value system tools
Collaborate with Production Control to generate and publish product lead times
Updates price logic and analyze margin levels
Derive and analyze sales related data for capacity, lead time and delivery performance
Oversee invoicing, shipping coordination, and freight options
Collaborates with Product Management/Product Engineering for custom quotes
Advocate for the Customer, driving our Value Stream to meet delivery commitments
Acts a s primary customer channel for support, feedback, complaints, and solutions.
Required Experience:
Qualifications that set you up for success:
4 year Bachelor's degree: business, finance, computer science
5 years of experience working in a customer service environment, with 2 years' in a supervisory role.
High level Microsoft Excel experience - fluent with pivot tables & Vlookup
Background with data entry in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Salesforce, etc)
Other skills that will really help:
Specific experience with SAP ERP system
Exposure to lean and problem-solving culture
Exposure to manufacturing, assembly, or production
Goal oriented, self-motivated, good communicator and presenter, flexible as team builder, team leader, and team player
