- Match company purchase invoices with vendor's invoices.
- Monitors costs charged by vendor and compares to the cost entered on purchase order (invoice) to discover potential billing errors.
- Code and input miscellaneous invoices (i.e. expense reports, services, pre-paids, etc.) after obtaining authorized signature.
- Generates and inspects check payment advice reports, pulls appropriate open invoices, generates checks and prepares for signature by General Mgr. & Accounting Supervisor
- Generates and inspects wire transfer payment advice reports, pulls appropriate open invoices, generates wire transfer payment and forwards to Accounting Supervisor for wire transfer processing.

Maintenance-Custodian must make minor facility repairs for electrical, plumbing and landscaping, as well as driving company truck to pick up supplies. Maintenance Custodian will perform all preventative maintenance on facility and equipment per schedule. Must be able to set/unset security to building.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Collects and dispose of garbage, trash, and cutting chips
Stores pallets and drums for recycle
Crushes and bale recyclable cardboard
Empties outside ashtrays in smoking areas
Sweeps and scrub main aisles
Picks up Trash around the building and parking lot
Pulls weeds and maintain flower beds
Inspects rooftop and remove trash from drains and spouts
Follows work instructions to perform preventative maintenance as required by frequency schedule
Assists in maintenance of premises
Changes lightbulbs and perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Monitors setting/unsetting security to building
