POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Technician II has the responsibility to define and perform material inspections, various audits, and calibration of gauges. They also engage in developing quality systems, statistical analysis, and high-level problem solving activities.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Defines and perform Incoming Materials inspection as required.- Defines and perform inspection on materials as required.- Develops new inspections and measurement systems.- Inputs quality data into spreadsheets and programs.- Performs calibrations on gauges and send out gauges as needed.- Participates in or lead group problem solving activities.- Conducts in-process audits, internal and external, as required.- Processes non-conforming material, including disposition.- Maintains general housekeeping standards.- Monitors department Key Performance Indicator's and metrics, as well as update chart/graph displays.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): RequiredAssociate's Degree (two-year college or technical school): Preferred (technical field)
Experience:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing (Quality): Required
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel experience (open/create/enter data/manipulate spreadsheets, pivot tables, V-lookup): RequiredEmail experience (open/create/send email): RequiredEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software experience: Required
Certifications & Licenses
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE): PreferredValid driver's license must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standard
