What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and integrate Generative AI solutions into broader systems.

  • Work with Enterprise AI architect to develop and communicate a clear Generative AI strategy aligned with the organization's goals.

  • Implement and maintain architectural standards and best practices for Generative AI service offering.

  • Drive the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance business operations and innovation.

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art models.

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across different teams and departments in the space of Generative AI.

  • Assist in the evaluation, recommendation and selection of appropriate tools, platforms, and vendors for data and AI initiatives.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for Generative AI models, including architecture, training procedures, and best practices.

  • Help drive the creation of reference architecture around AI and Generative AI solutions including the identification and documentation related to architectural patterns.

What You Have:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI models.

  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for scalable model training.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

  • Software development experience in support of enterprise-grade solutions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Top candidates will also have :

  • Experience with reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning techniques.

  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.

  • Advises others on the assessment and provision of all technical solutions.

  • Engages appropriate subject matter resources to effectively resolve technical issues.

  • Mentor's others to enhance their technical competence and its application to achieve more effective technical solutions.

  • Coaches' others in promoting, defining, analyzing, and providing superior technical solutions to business problems.

  • Provides effective solutions to moderate technical challenges through strong technical competence, effectively examining implications of events and issues.

  • Assumes accountability for personal technical performance and holds others responsible for theirs.

  • Plays a leading role in the development of technical standards and platforms.

  • Elaborates on the evolution of technical design tools, techniques and strategies.

  • Demonstrates extensive experience with software design, development and deployment.

  • Compares and contrasts software design and architecture of competitive products.

  • Directs company-wide application software architecture design methods, tools, and practices.

  • Remains current with evolving product design and development tools, techniques and materials.

  • Consults on architecture framework design; verifies operational objectives for each framework design procedure.

  • Determines corresponding indicators for each technology layer and evaluates the operational performance of each layer.

  • Decides on specific roles and responsibilities of engineers within business, information and data architecture modeling.

  • Coordinates materials for architecture design modeling.

  • Evaluates technology product roles and strengths within the project and locates appropriate technology providers based on results.

  • Interprets relevant principles for technology architecture modeling requirements from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

  • Consults to others on alternative approaches and tools for business assessments and selection processes.

  • Leads in more complex business assessment reviews and walkthroughs for high-impact projects.

Degree and experience requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred.

  • Develops best practices for identifying and validating opportunities, risks and benefits analysis.

  • Advises others on various methods, tools and practices for business assessment.

  • Monitors industry and enterprise effectiveness and experiences; initiates improvements.

  • Selects and standardizes business assessment tools and techniques across multiple methodologies.

  • Designs and develops applications or technology interfaces and bridges.

  • Documents existing best practices for system or technology integration processes.

  • Identifies and quantifies risks of proposed alternatives to a system or technology integration initiative.

  • Delivers training on major issues, interfaces, considerations and potential pitfalls and risks.

  • Discusses with line areas on data, technology and application integration issues.

  • Advises others in how to integrate projects across multiple technologies.

  • This position may require 5% travel.
